This is our neighborhood school and provides students with hands-on science based inquiry to solve real-world problems; it is located in the Sanger Unified School District, which has been recognized with many state and national awards several years in a row.
2. Walking Trail
The walking trail extends around around the lake and creek, and to the school. It also extends out to the protected Marshlands. The views from any point on the trail are serene and breathtaking. It’s hard to beat the sunsets along the walking trail.
3. Fishing
Fishing is plentiful here at Quail Lake. Drop your pole in and enjoy an afternoon of easy fishing while listening to one of the water features. It’s also a great family activity!
4. Boating
Can you think of a better way to end your evening than with a sunset cruise in your electric pontoon boat? Or maybe you would prefer to kayak after breakfast? Either way, with multiple lakes here at Quail Lake your boating options are generous and fun!
5. Community Pool
The community pool is near the Clubhouse and has something for everyone! There is a small wading pool that is perfect for lounging or allowing little ones to splash and play, as well as larger pool that’s perfect for all those “Marco Polo” games. 6. Clubhouse
The clubhouse sits right on the lake and serves as the perfect welcome to the Community. As a homeowner in Quail lake, you also have the ability to rent out the clubhouse for events, parties or even a wedding! There is a large indoor entertaining space as well as an outdoor patio that opens up onto the dock and lake.
7. Movie Night
Movie Night and everything you need to enjoy the movie like: popcorn, drinks and other treats out on the lawn overlooking the lake…big screen and sound system all created an amazing atmosphere for putting out your chairs or blankets and enjoying the evening with family and friends.
8. The Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter egg hunt is another annual Quail Lake tradition! The hunt is grouped by ages to ensure that everyone can get in on the fun. The Easter bunny has also been known to make a guest appearance.
9. The Halloween Party
The Halloween party complete with a golf cart parade! Get the kiddos or yourself dressed up and join in on the neighborly block party fun. There is food for purchase and lots of games and candy for the kids! Once the sun starts to set, find a spot along the lake because the golf cart parade is headed your way and it’s pretty “Spooktacular!”
